Ability to delete distributor sales

Currently, there is no way to delete distributor sales if they have been mistakenly imported incorrectly. Allowing customers to delete these and then reimport them would make managing these sales, in the event of a mistake a lot easier.

Import Payment Terms from Unleashed/Xero

Allow Umlaut letters (ä, ü, ï, ö, ë, ÿ) in filenames

Currently when generating files, umlaut letters are removed from the filename. We would like to be able to use these to name files created from templates.
