When using a lot of columns in a report it can be hard to track which rows you are looking at. It would be great to be able to freeze columns to ensure you can always see that data no matter how you scroll similar to excel.
Send Email Address, Name, Quote ID and/or Description and Cardholder Name to Stripe when payment is taken
Currently, we just send the card details across to Stripe when payment is taken. This leaves a lot of information not populated in Stripe making it hard to narrow down whom the order was processed for.
Include Relationships when searching on Global Search
It will be useful if the relationships set on CRM records such as Opportunity, Contacts, Company can also be included in the search when using the Global Search function.
Total Problem Open time field and status change timestamps
A field to track the amount of time a Problem record has been open for. As well as when a Problem Record has it status changed so reporting on Problem resolution time is easier.
The ability to create reports which are only visible to specific users such as admin users. Rather than fully private or visible to everyone. Would allow for reports to be shared with members of management without all users being able to see.
As a user there are times when multiple tasks are needed for a contact, opportunity etc. It would be useful if the system would allow multiple tasks to be assigned to an individual entity.
Currently the Enquiry Form editor mappings is hardcoded to a list of fields that doesn't include Summary (Description). Customers would find it useful to be able to map a text field on an Enquiry form to this.

Ability to perform outbound call from Task feature
If salesreps are on the move, this is a time consuming process. Thus, a way to have the number on the task details so that the reps can hit that, as a button, and call directly from there.
