Order Status.

We would like to see the Order Status every step of the way. Fulfilled, Packed, Shipped, etc.

Integration to QBC contact position (job description)

When we first import contacts from QBC we should also import the job description set in QBC.

Import account manager from QBC

We currently don't import the account manager from QBC, it would be useful to have this fields set in the CRM

Create contact on account creation for QBC

We currently create the account in QBC with just the contact email address. Provide an option to also pass through other contact information and create a contact agaisnt the account we create in QBC
