Pop up when changing quantity on quote line with discount Merged

When changing the quantity on a quote line with a discount, the discount is reverted back to 0%. We aren't able to implement a direct change to this functionality as it would interfere with quantity break discounts in which they may not be applied.

However, in v6, customers would have a pop up which would give the option to revert back to the default pricing or not. This would be useful to help ensure that quotes are confirmed with the correct pricing.
