It would be useful to have a global search on the save to CRM add-in like the main search within the CRM. This means users don't have to select the record type before completing the search to find the record that they wish to save the email to.

At the moment, users can't change change the default in the search facility. Currently, it's set to an Opportunity, but having the flexibility to change this to e.g. Contact would speed up the process of finding and saving the email.
