A customer would find it useful to be able to download copies of invoices straight from the CRM. This has been suggested for Unleashed and Xero.
Obviously you can already do this with a couple of clicks via the UI (click "open in unleashed" or "open in Xero".
Unfortunatley their API's don't offer the facility to get a copy invoice in something like a PDF format so doing much more might be quite tricky.
