Product Suggestions
Although it is simple to create an appointment and send the invitation from Prospect CRM, which logs the appointment into the documents & activity section, you do not have access to the full functionality of Outlook, e.g. Adding Location, Teams Meeting Link, Cancellation of invite, Show As field etc.
When downloading the appointment, to obtain full functionality, this however does not record the appointment being sent into the documents & activity section, unless you also send the invite in the CRM which then creates a duplicate appointment.
Is it possible to fully integrate Prospect and Outlook appointments to improve the process?

Hi Alan, we run sprints every 3 weeks, but it'll be at least a couple of sprints before we have anything to release. We'll need to build the back-end API (with automated testing) and front end components, and then we'll run a private preview with a small number of customers using it and providing feedback before releasing it publically. So, just to be clear, while we'll be starting the development work within weeks, it will be a little while longer before anything is fully released.

We've almost completed the design work for this feature, and will be including it in a new Calendar and Tasks project that is under way. We're therefore merging this idea in with the "CRM Calendar" idea which also has lots of votes, and we'll be tackling the two together. It's a big project for us, and will take a while to complete, but we are now actively working on it and expect to begin initial coding of the new Tasks and Calendars feature in the next sprint.

This is something that is causing us huge issues, if a job needs to be moved we have to phone the engineer and ask them to delete the appointment so that we can reschedule. this is open to error.
