We have a document that is emailed to our workshop after a customer places certain orders. Quite often the sales team member forgets to change the 'To' to an internal email address rather than the customer's and the work doesn't get completed as the workshop hasn't received the email. I would like to set the 'To' email address on a particular document.
I think more control over the 'To' field in the document templates would be very good, rather than it defaulting to the customer record email address. We have an issue whereby we place back to back purchase orders with a supplier against a customer order. The risk for us is that the supplier order defaults to the customers email in the 'To' field. So as well as the ability to set the 'To' address on a particular document, also have the ability to have the field blank.
