The ability to reprice a quote already exists. Although, just to clarify, it resets all pricing and discounts. There is no option to reset the pricing and not the discounts (as mentioned on 7th Feb comment).
Assuming you have the correct role/authority to perform "Bulk Update" actions, use the "..." menu on the quote lines component to access the menu and choose "Perform Bulk Action". You can then select one, multiple or all lines from your quote, then choose the action "Reset Pricing and Discounts".
This will then re-price the selected lines using the customers current price list.

Hi all - is there any update on this suggestion? Needed as a matter of urgency as there are about to be a lot of price increases in the next month and not feasible to 're-do' from scratch all existing quotes. thanks
It would be great to have a tool that allows a quote to be updated to show the latest pricing following a price update on products. Allowing any discounts applied previously to remain in place and values(client price) be recalculated.
