Product Suggestions
Customers whom manage their own deliveries, or have field raps would benefit from a route planner. Mapsly is an option raised which looks to do the Job and has an API which would potentially allow us to pass across information like customers, addresses and territories etc.
This is the biggest request from my sales team. Currently they are spending a few hours planning their sales visits for the week. If this was more automated based on Recall dates and "Needs Engagement" and or "Call Frequency" data this would make them more efficient. Especially if it could automatically group customers by addresses or post codes to even save time on the road.
