In the latest CRM release there is a new system option to set your financial year. If set then many of the year-based analysis (including cube reporting and YTD tiles on the company screen will use your financial year rather than calendar year).
This has been a fairly complex update (involving changes to a lot of bits of analysis, along with all the usual complexity around timezones and dates) so please do let us know (via the in-app chat) if you find any issues.
This latest CRM release is being rolled out to users over the next few weeks. When you get this update you'll see a CRM update banner and there will be more details in the linked release notes.
