Adding tags to emails that will carry over as a tag in Mailchimp / Sync account manager to mailchimp Merged

My Mailchimp audiences are organized by tagged account manager. Right now I have to manually go in to Mailchimp and tag the account manager. It would be nice when an account manager enters a new contact email, they are automatically tagged with the account managers name when it syncs to Mailchimp.
