When saving an email into your workspace from using the Save to CRM add-in a preview of the text in the email is presented without having to open it. If you save an email using your workspace inbox address this does not give the same preview. It would offer a better user expereince if when these emails where saved in we gave a preview of these emails in their workspace as well.
