Be able to copy & paste images into emails sent via CRM

When providing screenshots to customers using the blank email template within our in house CRM, it would be nice to just copy & paste the image into the body of the email rather than having to do it via a URL.

    Send pictures in emails created from the CRM

    Currently it is not possible to send images in emails from the CRM. As such users have to leave the CRM if they need to send emails that contain images. It would be useful to be able to send these from the CRM.
