Other record types have statusflag labels (problem and lead statuses), could we add the labels for contacts as well so we can see who has left company at a glance?
The CRM has been updated to show whether a contact is "Active" or has "Left Company" in the global search. We will be rolling this out to customers over the next few weeks.
If a contact has left the company it will be better to remove them or have the option to filter them out of the global search!
