Product Suggestions
It would be handy if the contact and division in the Search Results pane were clickable. Many times I search for a ticket to find who it was logged under so I can log another one under them; it is a pain to have to either a) do another search or b) open the record, wait for it to populate then use the breadcrumbs to go direct to the contact/division.
