Updated the Cost Price to reflect the currency the quote is being sold in.
We have had a customer who has found that when quoting in a foreign currency in this example (USD) the cost price appears in the home currency (GBP). They need to show the cost price in the same currency the quote is sold in.
It would be useful to be able to order the options within Problem Type 2 drop down list. This list is typically used when categorising the problems, so a logical order is useful to quickly select the required option.

Add webhook description to configuration & logging
When you get an email saying a webhook has been disabled it is not easy to see what the webhook is/was for. We could add a description to the webhook table so you can easily identify which webhook does what.
We current see a lot of interaction types that are not relevant to the team. We could hide those that are not used by each team based on dictionary or group.
It would be useful to be able to get a table of results from odata for use in integration such as Zapier. Ideally these would take the form of HTML tables.
