When a quote is cancelled against an opportunity the value of that quote should be subtracted from the opportunity value

If the quote is cancelled then clearly it is no longer going to make up any part of the opportunity. If it is cancelled and a new quote is added then the value is the total of the two quotes, which is incorrect

Add out of office to CRM

It would be useful when setting recalls to know when someone is marked as out off office. Ideally this could be linked to Microsoft Office out of office.

Allow customisation of product search report to hide cost price

Some of our customers have been hiding fields in the customiser such as the cost price. We have recently added the cost price to the product search report which is not customisable.

Swapping sales analysis graphs to have 'by order' on the left and 'by month' (invoiced) on the right

In a division under sales analysis, it would make more sense to have the graph showing orders first and then invoiced orders second.

Add task/recall on division

Division shows account information so you can then add relevant notes and follow up on stats from a division record. Good if you just want to check up on this internally as well instead of contacting customer.

Show the top 5 global currencies at the top of the base currencies list, then alphabetically list after that.

When changing the base currency under the Operating Company section in settings, the list can only hold 50 options, so popular currencies like US dollar are not visible, they must be searched for; but this is not obvious and looks like a bug.
