Add Some Form of Deduping to Basic Data Import

A customer who regularly imports data has to manually check for duplicates, it would be helpful for the basic data import to have some form of de-duping to avoid creating duplicate records. E.g. check for duplicates using the contact's email address.

Make new company icon more different to division icon

The new company and division record works great, one thing I would feed back is that the company icon is too similar to the division icon. I think this should be more obvious so it's clearer to the user which level they're at.

Remove Desktop Download from Admin Section of CRM

Customer Search engine is Poor

In just an example, my customers name was CJ Phoenix. The search engine would only find, C (space) J (space) Phoenix it would not find "CJ Phoenix" or "CJP" or other variations. The most basic Google search engine is far superior

Show contact with less specific global search.

Searching for a contact with their first name and part of their company name. Or an abbreviation of their name and company name without having to click 'search more fields' . Example, 'Xand Pros'.
