Add open ticket summary to at a glance on division

It's important, when upselling, to know about a customer's outstanding tickets to make sure you aren't going to aggravate them. a count of open tickets on the at a glance would help with this.

Add product SKU + Last price quoted to the pop out details screen

A customer would find it useful to add product SKU's to the pop out details screen so this is still visible when you view this in full screen. It would also be useful to have last price quoted added to last price paid.

Order confirmation email attachment
