Customers who had styling & branding on their emails are finding it hard to edit them within the current email template configurator. They would prefer to edit the email in HTML.
Ability to tag additional contacts from multiple companies
If a call or visit is made to company X but contacts from companies Y & Z also attend I only have to make the one activity/post. This would then enable to show on all 3 contacts record when revisiting after the event.
No way of customising the 'News' section on the dashboard/home screen
No way of customers to amend the 'news' section on the dashboard- we have been telling customer for a while that is editable but there is no interface for this.
Once an order has been confirmed if we could update the status's, dates etc in ProspectSoft rather than Exchequer and be able to update customers from there
Ability to choose quote number starting point and reset at the end of a period
Suggestion to be able to pick the starting point for quote numbers and also to be able to update this at the end of a period to provide visualise separation of each years quotes.
Be able to copy & paste images into emails sent via CRM
When providing screenshots to customers using the blank email template within our in house CRM, it would be nice to just copy & paste the image into the body of the email rather than having to do it via a URL.
We usually pick things up from a pool by recalling the ticket to ourselves. Having a "Recall to me" button would save us quite a few clicks a day. This could exist next to the current recall button.
