Sync Unleashed Accounts/Contacts two-ways

Many new customers expect that when they update records in Unleashed that the records in the CRM will also get updated. It is assumed that these records are synced rather than just imported. We should see if something like this is possible.

Support smart quote apostrophe from Cin7

At the moment, the CRM does not support smart apostrophe from Cin7 and instead replaces with "Â ", we should handle this on import. This makes it hard to search.

Export grouped reports in the same format

Currently, if you export grouped reports from the report builder, they don't stay grouped and instead show line by line. It would be good if when exporting a grouped report, it stayed grouped in Excel.
