Ability to manage product categories in the CRM - esp for use with CRM built-in special pricing (xero, access, sage dont have any, and Pegasus categories may be accounts-focussed)

In Xero there aren't any categories. Nor really in Access or sage. Even in Pegasus where the categories are a thing, they may not be right for the sales team / pricing requirements. It would be good if you could turn off/ override the account syst...

Urgent Notes

V6 customers liked the Urgent Notes functionality & would like to see this in the web UI. The urgent notes would be put on at division or contact level & would pop-up when a record is opened.

Expand the limit of recalls shown on 'Task List'

Currently when you select your 'Task List' it shows a maximum of 50 recalls for each section (Today, Overdue and Upcoming). Imperial Polythene can sometimes have over 50 recalls a day due to the amount of calling they do, and would not like there ...

Recalculate Button on Quote Records

A customer would like to see the old recalculate button on a quote record so you can choose to auto-update all prices on a quote. This option is available when you copy an existing quote but not available just on the quote record like V6.

Document quick create toggle on configure/DocumentTemplate

Now that we are able to have quick create docs, it would be good to have a toggle of the doc templates page to allow admin users to configure these. Also this saves time during project work.

Add Sage "Special Products" to the CRM

Sage have some items that can be added to quotes that don't exist in the product file. In the attached example S1 S2 and S3 are items they can add to a line which do not have actual products behind them. They also do not appear in CRM sales history.

Ability To Edit CRM System Settings When Support Elevated As A Customer

When support elevated into a customers profile currently we don't have access to the system settings, cog on the bottom of the left nav bar. I think it would be valuable for 1st and 2nd line support to have access to these setting as it could help...
