A customer has highlighted that there is currently no easy way of re sending an email to a customer should they fail to receive it.
On the Saved document once the initial email has been sent; it would be helpful to have a resend button that sends the same email again to the same recipients. This save users having to redo the email from a template should their customer request it.
Note: even just a "forward" button would allow for this (you could forward it and send it again to the same recipient). This is what you would do in outlook/gmail.
We've added forward and reply buttons to the document window in the CRM when viewing an email.
This would definitely be helpful to us in following up with customers and having the ability to prove communication sent if the customer missed it in their in box
