Include Equipment Item as a Change Parent Option for Problem Records

A customer logged a problem record under a contact when it should of been logged under an Equipment Item. If you go to the change parent option for the problem record you can search for an Equipment Item for the parent record.

Implement versioning of documents.

Documents can sometimes be edited by multiple Prospect users. Currently once a document is saved in it is not possible to go back and view the history of changes. It would be useful to be able to view the previous version of the document.
