Allow customers to customise the opportunity pipeline objectives to add "reactivate" for example

Objectives for opportunity pipelines will become more important with the new dashboard so it would be great to allow customers to customise the list of objectives. For example one for reactivate would be useful to add to the list of objectives.

Update materialized view when quote confirmed

When a quote is confirmed you cannot immediately search for that quote using the order number as the materialized view is not immediately refreshed.
