User specific document templates they can edit themselves
Users can amend their own email document templates. Useful if sending out emails to a group of customers that you write to regularly but need to vary it by week. If done by user then administrator doesn't have to be involved!
If you hover over a button in the CRM e.g. the refresh button, you will not be prompted with a Tooltip advising you what the button does. This would be a very useful aid to someone new using the system and will assist them in their adoption of it.
