Reason for declining on the Quote to Order Workflow portal to have the Mandatory/Required option

By having it mandatory, the customers can provide info on the reason for declining, and those info can be used for tracking purpose. It'd be useful for Account Managers and Sales Reps to monitor and generate relevant reports based on those reasons...

Give option to replace existing pdf via bulk upload in Library

I need to be able to replace the existing pdfs in my library with up-to-date versions. The new ones are named the same, but I can't bulk upload them I have to do them individually. This is frustrating and annoying.

Adding a line at zero quantity on quote

On a quote you can't have the quantity as zero. The lowest you can have is 0.0001. It would be good to give companies the option to add an alternative product to their quote for their customers to consider as an alternative to Upsell.
