Hi, Currently when Sales Reps put Activity notes and tag others, there is now what for others to acknowledge that they have seen the note. They will have to reply awhich clutters the notes section. It would be great to have a Thumbs up button.

Adding an email inbox for the library would be very useful, in that way we could email items to the folders needed instead of dragging them there. In the same way that documents can be emailed to a CRM inbox problems record.
