Overwrite PDF files

There is no way to overwrite a PDF file, or hard delete one from the CRM. It would be good to be able to remove a PDF by overwriting it with a blank one in the CRM

Manage Attributes in the CRM System setting in 'Integration' category

The system setting 'Manage Attributes in the CRM' is in the 'Integration' Setting category, when it would make more sense to be in the 'Product & Stock' or 'Sites' system setting.

When displaying Date Created in Reports, Display the actual date instead of x days ago

When a problem has a old date, 6 days ago or 12 days ago, is not much use, it would be better to display the actual date.

Deleted records should be readonly

They are deleted so you shouldnt be changing them The delete action should also close the record that you are deleting and not perform any validation (e.g. dont prompt for recalls)

Warning when removing the last global admin

Add a warning, or an inability to remove the last Global Admin. The only Global admin is able to disable or unlicensed their own user, making it so that no one is able to access the Admin portal for that profile.

Set order date for Sage 50 for forward ordering

A customer would like to set the order date to a future date rather than today's date when confirming an order from Prospect CRM into Sage 50 for forward ordering. Currently you can just set the despatched date rather than the order date.

Currently, users can only communicate through a customer account. To have a general noticeboard for non-account specific announcements would be useful. We are aiming to keep all communication between the office and our sales reps in the one place.
