"In use" rather than "obsolete"

When we move the admin tables from the CRM to the admin portal, can we change the "obsolete" flag to being a positive "in use" flag instead (just reversing the value in the UI rather than changing the database ... although if we wanted the databas...

allow a user to request new roles

It would be ideal if a user, who doesn't have a given role, could request it. Just like in sharepoint where you can request access to a file.

Notify a user when their roles are changed

It would be great to notify users when their roles change via email - so that users know when their administrator has given them CRM or product manager rights. they can then go and do whatever it is they wanted to do in the first place

Keep a log of each use of "Data Management" tools
