When you have a file that the CRM cannot edit you can only download, should allow edit

When you have a Balsamiq file for example it would be great to be able to still have an edit button which then asked you to select the programme you want to use to edit that file. I assume this would be possible :) https://www.useloom.com/share...

Make "Click to Change" Recall option more obvious

Really like the new recall box, however I think it could be made more obvious that you need to click the box to change it. Maybe highlighting the Click to Change button or changing the colour of the text may make it stand out a little bit more.

Make documents public

There is no way currently to add a document to a problem record and make it "public" so the notes part of the Problem CMS plug-in can display them, like it does with notes.

Copy Quotes/based on Quote creation function tick box - system option for recalculating prices
