Show message when the confirm order button is hidden
The confirm order button is hidden in some circumstances. When this is the case there needs to be a warning that the confirm order button cannot be used for some reason. The button should never be removed only ever greyed out.
Make the column titles scroll down when on a report
When you are on a report the column titles do not stay on the screen when you scroll down. We should make these stay on the screen so it is easy to view a longer report and still know each of the columns.
