Klaviyo unsubscribed contacts go to Suppressed list

Currently contacts who are unsubscribed go to Klaviyo as 'Never Subscribed' status which isn't necessarily the best handling. Placing these contacts into the suppressed list will avoid emails being sent out incorrectly etc.

Add support for Segments in Klaviyo

Segments are well used in Klaviyo and it would help when sending email marketing. A list of all Lapsed customers and within that have them segmented for the discount they receive. Would make the integration much more powerful as a marketing tool.
