When a quote is cancelled against an opportunity the value of that quote should be subtracted from the opportunity value

If the quote is cancelled then clearly it is no longer going to make up any part of the opportunity. If it is cancelled and a new quote is added then the value is the total of the two quotes, which is incorrect

Image Drag and Drop in Product Window

It would be great to include an @name feature in notes

It might be that you want to keep the recall but alert a team member of an update of relevance to that person. It could drop them an email. I've seen this on other CRMs such as Hubspot for example.
