Recall window requires a note entry

Carl at Formation Tech has asked if the CRM can be changed to not force a note to be added when you change a recall, or a system option put in place to toggle this. It is annoying having to fill the notepad up with empty entries just to change the recall date.

    We would probably add an option to either "Require note", "Prompt for note" or "Do not require note"
