Support Tax Exempt Setting in QBO

QBO does not contain a tax-code when the "Tax-Exempt" box is selected. Once the tick-box is checked, the "Select Tax Rate" option is greyed out and cannot be selected. In the CRM, there is no way to set this field on creation.
