It would be handy to be able to drag & drop an email straight from Outlook rather than having to save the email beforehand.

It would be useful to pick a load of contacts from a report such as the Open Leads report & send them all an email using an email template. For example you may want to send all contacts with an open lead a follow-up email to chase the sale.

Have option to turn off search history for all users

In the V73 update the function to see search history for all users was added. However, this isn't useful for us. Could there be a tick box inserted in the settings to turn this feature off if we don't want to use it?
