A customer would find it useful to save the filters applied to the activity. E.g. if you filter to just show notes, to then have an option to save this filter. Currently it is removed when you go to the next record.
Restrict Users from changing Product Price on quotes
It would be good to restricts Users from changing the price of a products on quotes or at least set a minimum value for the products to avoid selling them for the wrong price.
It would be useful for customers to be able to move the parent of their Quotes from under a Contact in the CRM to be under an Opportunity instead.
Currently the change parent functionality only allows you to move Quotes between Contacts and Divis...

Include documents added in Activity entity in reporting
To make a report from the Activity entity it should include other information from notepad e.g. documents added to give a complete overview of the users activity in reporting
Having the ability to group/summarise by month is unbelievably powerful. For example, 12-60 month projections can be made using the Estimated close date. Or past sales performance can be compared to check the improvement of a sales person over time.
Specifically helpful for sales reps on the road- ability to select a voicenote update on the contact/opp/problem record and add a note that is than transcribed and added to the notepad
A customer would find it useful on the top product graphs in the sales analysis page to filter by a date range. E.g. for orders placed between 01/01/2021 - 31/12/2021.
