Ability to report on Days to close- pre calculated report feilds

Requested for Problem records to show days it took to close a ticket off as successful, to help with KPI reporting etc. We could extend this to time to conversion for Opportunties as well.

Turning off social searching

CSG has asked for a way to turn off social searching as they don't think the feature is particularly helpful. When the details fill incorrectly they then find it annoying to remove all the fields.
