Overwrite PDF files

There is no way to overwrite a PDF file, or hard delete one from the CRM. It would be good to be able to remove a PDF by overwriting it with a blank one in the CRM

Manage Attributes in the CRM System setting in 'Integration' category

The system setting 'Manage Attributes in the CRM' is in the 'Integration' Setting category, when it would make more sense to be in the 'Product & Stock' or 'Sites' system setting.

When displaying Date Created in Reports, Display the actual date instead of x days ago

When a problem has a old date, 6 days ago or 12 days ago, is not much use, it would be better to display the actual date.

Deleted records should be readonly

They are deleted so you shouldnt be changing them The delete action should also close the record that you are deleting and not perform any validation (e.g. dont prompt for recalls)
