Set Sales Account when creating new Unleashed customer accounts

A customer would find it useful to be able to set the 'Sales Account' when creating new Unleashed customer accounts via the CRM. Currently they're have to set this after the account has been created.

Add product SKU + Last price quoted to the pop out details screen
