all companies are being used in the magic matrix even though they are marked as obsolete in unleashed - why cant this flag be read and those customers not included in the matrix?

Given your circumstances I can see why printing would be frustrating. At a quick count, it's about 12 clicks to get from a quote to the printed document. I would highly recommend logging an idea for this as if you're having problems, I imagine other customers would be as well: https://ideas.prospect365.com/ideas/ Development is largely customer based so we should pick this up fairly quickly with enough votes. The same goes for the undo button!

Quotes to be Active Engagement

A customer has suggested that quotes are classed as an active engagement. The argument being if we've logged a quote for them they must have at some point been engaged in order to request the quote.
