A customer has highlighted that the CRM doesn't record if an email has been sent out to a customer through MailChimp. You can see when they have opened the email but you cannot see if they have been sent it without going to MailChimp.
Customer has said this would be useful to see how much marketing is being targeted to individuals
This update has been completed and is currently being rolled out across customer release-rings. Although because of the potentially huge volume of historic data, this update will often apply only to new campaigns. We have coded it to load historic data, but only where that doesnt represent a large volume.
Would be nice if all data from Mailchimp regarding who has opened/viewed/links clicked on was viewable all through the CRM as not all users may have access to the Mailchimp login. If you could filter those customers in Prospect it would be a powerful direct sales/marketing tool.
great idea Alex, this would be useful to see in the CRM that customer has received the mail shot as well
