we have recently been forced to switch to the webstie version which is way over complified for what we need to use it for. we are currently looking for another company to use due to the issues that switching over has caused us.
You can download emails that are attached to CRM by Save to CRM function, but you can't download email chains that have been sent directly from the CRM. It would help for other members of the business to pick up emails if needed.
Ability to tag additional contacts from multiple companies
If a call or visit is made to company X but contacts from companies Y & Z also attend I only have to make the one activity/post. This would then enable to show on all 3 contacts record when revisiting after the event.
Ability to choose quote number starting point and reset at the end of a period
Suggestion to be able to pick the starting point for quote numbers and also to be able to update this at the end of a period to provide visualise separation of each years quotes.
Allow sales orders to have Source activity similar to sales quotes
Currently on sales orders and quotes you can add a field for Marketing source. Only on quotes does it show an option to add a related source Activity. It does not make sense why on sales order this option is not available
When there is no price for a product the margin % comes up as N/A. This is greyed out and not editable. You have to put a dummy price in so that a margin appears and only then can you edit the margin to what you require the price to be calculated at.
